Ovens for curing composite parts
This chamber dryer with forced air circulation is designed for curing composite parts. Composite is a multi-component material, the basis of which is usually a resin reinforced with carbon or glass fibers. These are very modern materials that are increasingly used in automotive, aerospace and in the production of sports equipment, rackets, skis, bicycles or even slides. The most famous composite is probably laminate, from which, for example, car bodies are made.
We divided the drying chamber into multiple heating zones to achieve uniform temperature distribution, which is often required for this type of heat treatment. We also equipped the drying chamber with powerful forced air circulation for better heat transfer to the batch.
These are devices that, thanks to their simple modular construction, can be spatially adapted to your requirements. We can easily adjust not only the installation dimensions, but also the internal usable dimensions according to the nature of your batch.
During the heat treatment of composites, potentially hazardous substances are sometimes produced, so if necessary, we also equip the furnaces with a sensor for controlling the concentration of explosive substances (METREX).
