Our mission at LAC, s.r.o. is to help our customers fulfil their specific wishes, no matter whether they involve furnaces or refractory castable shapes. Because of this, in addition to standard facilities and shaped blocks, we also—and above all—offer custom solutions.
 
Through this quality policy, LAC announces that the demands of the ČSN EN ISO 9001 standard are a part of our company strategy.
 
Our company constantly strives to improve not only our products, but also our processes for managing the company and its employees, customer relationships, and follow-up services. We wish to constantly work to improve the productivity and efficiency of our company processes, primarily based on demands by customers, but also based on demands by our employees and business partners, with the aim of increasing the satisfaction of everyone involved. Our goal is to increase the company’s share of the domestic market and ensure sustainable company growth and development as well as stability, primarily through rising sales and productivity. The LAC management team wishes to constantly improve its management system and its internal process management at all levels of its organizational structure. It is important for us that our individual departments work well both with each other and with suppliers, business partners, customers, and even competitors, taking into account our own business ethics and social responsibility as well as environmental responsibility.

Our management team considers the integration of the ČSN EN ISO 9001 standard’s requirements into our company process management system to be an opportunity for further development, which we will actively support.
