We understand that customers who preheat metal moulds, alloy casting moulds, or semi-finished products primarily need a technical solution that saves them money. We have already supplied several such low-temperature furnaces and learned what to pay attention to when designing them. We consider the rate at which the circulating air flows and control over the temperature in the furnace chamber relative to the current charge temperature to be the key factors influencing heating quality. In the case of preheating of shell moulds with wax, plastic, or polystyrene residues, we have made sure, in our furnaces’ design, that they resist well any fumes produced. A chamber for completion of combustion, meanwhile, will rid you of black smoke.
