The S dryers are designed primarily for drying, vulcanising, preheating, and curing a variety of materials. These dryers’ stainless steel muffles ensure a long service life for these facilities, as they are very chemically and mechanically resistant. Thanks to the horizontal internal atmosphere circulation, S dryers also boast an even temperature distribution.

Adaptations for rubber industry

  • exhaust fan in furnace ceiling with automatic flap and insulated fan and suction.
  • the distance between the furnace and the fan must be minimised.
  • air volume extracted based on the furnace volume (e.g. 700 m³/hour drawn off for the SV 3300/250). The furnace must function in underpressure.
  • fan exhaust with tilt away from fan for draining condensate
  • opening at the lowest point in the exhaust for drawing off condensate (to be executed by customer)
  • automatic suction flap on the fan unit
