Anneal your shell molds more efficiently and with a process of burning off the released organic impurities.
Carousel furnaces are suitable for continuous heat treatment of parts placed on a table or pallet by rotating the furnace. They are suitable for both manual charging and automatic charging by robot. These furnaces can be designed for various thermal processes such as annealing of ceramic molds in the foundry industry or preheating of parts before forging.
The KRS 3400/13 furnace is designed for annealing shell molds for precision casting technology. The furnace is electrically heated, assembled from a steel structure, high-quality insulating materials, refractory castable shapes with high heat accumulation, mechanical resistance and durability, mechanical parts of the door drive and turntable. The furnace is controlled by programmable PID regulation. The furnace equipment includes, among other things, a door opened hydraulically with a foot pedal upwards, an electrically operated turntable, an information panel displaying the current temperature in the furnace, an electricity consumption measurement system, a gas consumption measurement system. Furthermore, the furnace is equipped with a gas-heated post-combustion chamber for burning released organic impurities, located on the structure above the furnace and accessible from a walking platform.
