LAC at International Engineering Fair in Brno
At the beginning of October, the company LAC, s.r.o. presented at the 65th International Engineering Fair in Brno.
The most important industrial fair in Central Europe presented the products and activities of 1,386 companies from 42 countries on an area of approximately 45,000 square meters, and the fair was viewed by more than 55,000 visitors.
The MSV 2024 fair confirmed the trends of recent years – industrial production is undergoing a digital transformation and concepts such as artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing, automation, reducing energy demand, sustainability and recycling play a leading role. Also at the stand of LAC, s.r.o. heat treatment solutions suitable for these hot topics were presented – energy savings that can be achieved by using modern, energy saving foundry furnaces and chamber dryers from LAC production, or for example, furnaces for 3D printing and additive technologies. Custom projects of various types of heat treatment equipment were also presented, such as a carousel furnace for annealing precision casting molds or a continuous furnace for curing adhesives on electric motor stators for e-mobility solutions. These custom oven and dryer solutions often become part of an automated workplace or robotic line.
First-class refractory castable shapes from Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou LAC branch, thanks to which manufacturers of modern biofuel boilers achieve first-class emissions in their equipment, were also available to visitors to the stand. They were thus able to familiarize themselves with their exceptional physical parameters, high precision of shapes and, last but not least, their visual attractiveness.
