Chamber furnaces with forced atmosphere circulation and top loading
We have delivered two KNC/V type top-loading furnaces to a German foundry specializing in the production of high-quality sand castings.
These furnaces with forced internal atmosphere circulation meet the requirements for a dynamic temperature curve and strict demands for precise temperature distribution. In foundries, they are used for all types of heat treatment under a normal atmosphere (tempering, artificial aging, preheating, charge testing, drying, etc.).
The delivered KNC/V 1500/65 furnaces are equipped with an automatic sliding lid for top loading (e.g., using a crane). The lid is operated via a foot switch for greater convenience. The furnaces enable controlled heat treatment of the charge up to Tmax 650 °C.
