The continuous oven is part of the workplace used to cure the epoxy used to encase the stator windings of the servomotor rotors.
We have supplied several continuous ovens for this process to a major manufacturer of electric motor components. One of them is the SP 1410/25 oven designed for curing adhesive for magnetic parts of servo motor rotors.
The furnace is designed as a single functional unit with two heating zones with different working temperatures and a connected cooling zone. A chain conveyor with support plates for the passage of the charge through the dryer passes through the device and the movement of the conveyor is stepwise. The rotors are placed in the loading device for passage through the furnace. The entrance is equipped with a pneumatically operated sheet metal door, and the outlet is equipped with a silicone rubber screen.
Heating is provided by two central heating fan units located on the ceiling of the dryer. Air distribution is provided by a circulation insert. At the exit of the dryer, the conveyor drive sprockets are located. Tensioning is carried out using weights and is located in the space under the bottom of the dryer. The exit of the dryer is connected to a cooling tunnel through which the batch passes on a roller conveyor. Cold air from the surrounding environment is blown into the cooling tunnel using fans. The cooling tunnel can also be equipped with an air conditioning unit, which ensures more efficient cooling of the batch.
