Custom continuous furnaces for PVC hose production
We have delivered custom-made heat treatment technology in the form of two continuous furnaces to a traditional Czech manufacturer of PVC hoses.
Both LT 80/980/35 continuous furnaces were designed according to the customer's specifications. Their design is based on technology previously used by the customer, which they fully replace in the production process. Compared to the original equipment, the furnaces we delivered are more powerful and much easier to operate.
The furnaces are used for heating and curing PVC hoses as they pass through the elongated working chamber. The winding and unwinding of the hoses is handled by the customer's own technology. The furnace chamber is openable, facilitating access for the operator, and allows for the processing of hoses of various diameters. The units are mounted on a mobile stand, allowing the height of the heating chamber to be precisely adjusted for smooth material movement. The process is managed by an Ht40Al programmable controller and allows for temperatures up to Tmax 550 °C in the working chamber.
