Refractory concrete deflectors serve primarily to shield the flue gas paths and to set the gases above the burner whirling. Through this, they aid in the optimal burning of flying particles and, in turn, reduce the dust content in flue gases and emissions. Deflectors provide the flue gas paths an important defence against clogging up with ash, preventing degradation of the boiler’s pull and the whole system’s functioning. Because of this, we care greatly about their development and production. Our deflectors have an extended temperature gradient to prevent their degradation due to the sintering of ash on their surfaces.
