Robust furnaces with a chain or belt conveyor suitable for heat treatment of truck brake pads
For the hardering or curing process of binders and adhesives on vehicle brake plates, we have produced a continuous furnace with a chain conveyor. Heating and circulation of the furnace are ensured by fan units placed on the ceiling of the furnace, the dryer can be equipped with thermocouples or non-contact temperature sensors to monitor the temperature of the charge. The continuous furnace consists of three heating zones, each with an independent fan, heating and control loop and one cooling zone. In the furnace there is a direct chain conveyor with racks, the brake plates are placed in the racks, which are then moved through the furnace. Each rack holds 16 brake plates.
