SV 4400 (PE) hot-air shrinking chamber delivered
We have delivered an SV (PE) hot-air shrinking chamber to a leading Czech manufacturer of wood and biomass boilers. The equipment is designed for the economical shrinking of PE packaging film on standard EURO pallets for packaging and shipping purposes.
This chamber, found in our range under the name SV (PE) Hot-air Shrinking Chamber, can be used for the rapid and economical shrinking of wrapped pallets across all manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing sectors. During a short hot-air thermal process at temperatures of 100–135 °C, the packaging film shrinks perfectly and secures the material firmly to the pallet. We also recommend purchasing accessories such as a bag unwinder, which serves as a dispenser and a bag welder for preparing packaging of the required size.
For the aforementioned boiler manufacturer, we produced the SV 4400 (PE) model, which allows for shrinking film on pallets with maximum dimensions of up to 900 × 1850 × 1200 mm (W × H × D for packed goods including the pallet). The unit is equipped with automated segment doors with an electromotive drive. These are very compact and allow for trouble-free installation even in areas with limited height.
