Successful reconstruction of bell furnace hearths for a Czech forge
Recently, our assembly team successfully completed a large-scale project repairing the hearths of 2 bell furnaces. We carried out the order for a leading Czech manufacturer of rolled rings and forgings. We managed to deliver the entire project completely turnkey—from drafting the technical documentation to the actual implementation in an exceptionally short time.
The repair involved the massive furnace bases, where it was necessary to meet very strict technical parameters:

Dimensions of one hearth: The reconstructed area reached dimensions of 5930 x 5930 mm with a depth of 280 mm.

Extreme load capacity: The hearths are designed for a load capacity of 20 tons at maximum temperatures up to 1100 °C.

High precision: The work required maintaining strict flatness with a tolerance of just +/- 1 mm per m².

During implementation, we demonstrated the ability to flexibly solve unexpected challenges. For example, after removing the original masonry, it was necessary to level the damaged underlying layer to guarantee a perfect plane for the new lining.
