A pair of tilting melting furnaces with a recuperation system delivered
We have delivered two crucible tilting melting furnaces with a service platform to an established Polish family-owned aluminum and non-ferrous metal foundry specializing in the production of aluminium parts for building industry.
Both supplied melting furnaces are of the PTSPR 1000 type (capacity 1050 kg Al) in a tilting version. They are heated by natural gas and equipped with a recuperation system, which, by reusing waste heat, can save 25–30% of gas compared to conventional units. According to the customer's requirements, the furnaces were supplemented with an elevated platform for easier operation (charging, maintenance, and inspection). The furnaces feature a modern control system and a hydraulic unit for precise and safe tilting.
