Bogie hearth furnace for heat treatment in demanding engineering operations
We have delivered a robust bogie hearth furnace to one of the largest Polish manufacturers of mining machinery and equipment.
The VKT bogie hearth furnace is suitable for heavy-duty operations due to its robust steel construction. The charge is placed on a bogie, which then enters the furnace. The equipment is used for various types of heat treatment at temperatures ranging from 900 °C to 1250 °C.
The delivered VKT 11200 furnace offers a working chamber size of 1700 × 1500 × 3100 mm, Tmax of up to 1250 °C, and a maximum bogie load capacity of 5 t. It is designed for demanding heat treatment processes in the production of large and heavy components for mining machinery and equipment.
