Another low-temperature chamber furnace for the electrical industry
We have handed over an electric low-temperature chamber furnace for heat treatment applications to a major multinational manufacturer of low-voltage and high-voltage motors, drives, and generators.
Precise heat treatment is a key process in the manufacture of various parts and components for modern electric motors or drives. Its correct execution at individual production stages ensures optimal performance, durability, and efficiency of the final product. Our modern low-temperature furnaces guarantee a controlled process of preheating, drying, and curing of electrotechnical components to meet strict industrial standards.
The delivered SV 21000/20 Mk.II low-temperature furnace is intended for heating refurbished stators and rotors of electric motors. The equipment stands out for its robustness and capacity – the floor load capacity was increased to 4 t of products according to the customer's request. The furnace is controlled by the HTH8 interface and equipped with automatically operated lift-up doors.
