The SV (PE) heat shrink wrap chamber is a device designed for the process of shrinking packaging film (e.g. PE film, LDPE, POF, PVC), which is pulled in the form of a bag over packaged goods placed on a standard EURO pallet. During this short hot-air heat process at 100-135 °C, the packaging film shrinks perfectly and adheres the film to the pallet.

The heat shrink wrap chamber is suitable for economic and fast shrink wrapping of loaded pallets across all the production, logistics, and storage sectors. It is supplied in three sizes - SV 2400/15 (PE) for shrinking packaging film on a pallet up to a height of 1000 mm, SV 3240/15 (PE) for shrinking packaging film on a pallet up to a height of 1500 mm and SV 5040/15 (PE) for shrinking packaging film on a pallet up to a height of 2400 mm.

As standard, it is operated with a pallet, high-lift, or low-lift truck. The work cycle is automated and is as simple as the customer requires. Thanks to the well-designed circulation of the internal atmosphere, the heat chamber evenly distributes and shrinks the packaging film.

It is advisable to supplement the heat shrink wrap chamber into a packaging line with a bag unwinder from the accessories range, which serves as a dispenser and sealer for bags of the required size.

The bag unwinder serves as a dispenser and at the same time as a welder of the selected length of bags. It is supplied as an accessory to the heat shrink wrap chamber for an additional charge. It is equipped with a roll carrier of blanks from PE hose - sleeve (e.g. PE foil, LDPE, POF, PVC), a programmable interface for setting the desired bag length, a foil welder and a cutter for separating the welded bag. It conveniently complements the heat shrink wrap chamber in the form of a packaging line.
