Bottom-loading furnace for processing charges under a protective atmosphere

The gas-tight bell furnace PZ is used primarily for heat treatment of charges in a defined protective atmosphere (argon, nitrogen, forming gas, etc.), which protects the surface of the charge from unwanted changes. The furnace is designed as a bell furnace with a bottom loading with a protective atmosphere supply inside the retort. This solution allows for the insertion and manipulation of a large and heavy charge at floor level. The furnace is equipped with forced air circulation, which allows for faster heating of the charge and better distribution of the temperature field.
