Annealing furnace for heat treatment of chains and their links

This continuous furnace is designed for continuous heat treatment of small batches. The heat treatment process is fully automated, at the furnace entrance the batch is placed on a conveyor (metal belt with sidewalls) and gradually passes through the furnace in the heating to temperature phase, the temperature holding phase and the cooling phase. At the furnace exit the annealed batch falls spontaneously into a metal box. The total time the batch is held at temperature is approximately 1 hour and the furnace capacity is 15 thousand pieces of batch per hour.
