Pair of continuous dryers with chain conveyor and charging baskets
For drying insulating textile fibers, we have supplied a pair of large continuous dryers SV 48600/10 with an operating temperature of 100 °C. The processed insulating fibers are dried to a moisture content of up to 2.5% during the process.
The dryers are equipped with a chain conveyor for transporting the charging baskets (a total of 8 baskets in the working zone). The entrance and exit to the dryer are equipped with pneumatically operated doors. The heating of these dryers has eight heating zones, each with an independent fan.
