Debinding and sintering of industrial ceramics in one step
The K 250/11 furnace is specially developed for the debinding and sintering of technical ceramics in one process.
The furnace has a constant supply of fresh air, which ensures the dilution of waste gases generated during the debinding process and effectively prevents the formation of a flammable atmosphere in the furnace chamber. The furnace is therefore equipped with ceramic nozzles with the possibility of injecting preheated fresh air at a variable speed. The maximum air preheating temperature is 450 °C and the furnace operates under overpressure. For sintering purposes, the furnace is equipped with heating from 5 sides for a maximum temperature of 1000 °C.
On the ceiling of the furnace there is an automatically controlled ventilation flap and a hood with an exhaust fan for controlled exhaust of the internal atmosphere. This solution also allows for controlled cooling of the charge, where the flaps and fan are controlled by a regulator according to the required cooling rate.
The furnace is also equipped with SiC plates for storing the charge at the bottom of the working chamber.
