Chamber furnaces with 3-zone control
Kilns are used mainly in the ceramic industry for firing decorative and industrial ceramics in large quantities. The shape and construction of the kiln ensure perfect temperature distribution and the possibility of rapid ramp-up to the required temperature.
We have also added three-zone temperature control to the pair of K 500/14 furnaces, an automatically controlled ventilation flap on the ceiling and forced cooling of the furnace working space using a fan with a specially designed air inlet - this protects the suction flap from heat. The furnaces are equipped with heating coils made of Kanthal APM material and ceramic tubes carrying heating coils made of Alsint material, which allow the furnace to operate at a temperature of Tmax 1400 °C. The furnace accessories include SiC bottom plates.
