Thanks to their design, car chamber furnaces and dryers allow for convenient loading of bulky and heavy loads using a crane or forklift. They are also suitable for operations where it is necessary to load the car gradually and then drive it into the furnace.
Specifically, this VKNC 20600/05 forced air circulation chamber furnace is designed for artificial aging and annealing of aluminum profiles for the aerospace industry, and its greatest advantage is a very precise temperature distribution of +/- 3 °C. The internal circulation inserts and air distribution are made of stainless steel. The furnace has a horizontal one-way circulation of the atmosphere and it is possible to set multi-zone regulation in the furnace working space. The doors are opened electrically upwards. The electric-powered trolley is automatically divided into two modules for transport.
