Practical furnace for batch heating of large stators
We supplied this SVK 9000/45 car chamber furnace to a major manufacturer of large electric motors intended, for example, for traction rail vehicles.
The customer heats one material stator in the furnace. The part is placed on a car using a handling crane or manipulator, which is then driven into the furnace. The furnace is also equipped with an automatically controlled ventilation and suction flap for effective ventilation of the working area, and automatic upward-opening doors. The furnace car is equipped with an electric drive.
The chamber furnaces are distinguished by their long service life, which is resistant to corrosion and mechanical stress. They are suitable not only for drying, tempering, preheating and artificial aging, but also for heat treatment of various materials in the plastics, rubber, automotive, electrical and foundry industries.
