Low-temperature chamber furnace for the electrotechnical industry

We have handed over an electric chamber low-temperature furnace for heat treatment applications to a major manufacturer of power transformers in the Czech Republic.

Precision heat treatment is a key process in the production of transformers and HV sensors, ensuring optimal performance, durability and efficiency of electrical equipment. Our modern low-temperature furnaces ensure a controlled process of preheating, drying, gelation and curing of electrical components to meet strict industrial standards.

The supplied low-temperature furnace SV 21200/20 Mk.II is specifically designed for shrinking transformer paper/foil windings to create a single compact unit and for controlled curing of adhesive and epoxy resins applied to transformer paper or coils. The equipment stands out for its robustness and capacity, the load capacity of the bottom was increased to 4 tons of products according to the customer's request. The furnace is controlled by a JUMO interface and equipped with an upwardly sliding and automatically controlled door.
