Delivered SP 840 continuous furnace for heat treatment of automotive sensors
We have supplied an electric continuous furnace with a chain conveyor for the process of curing potting compound in automotive parking sensors.
The great variety and quantity of processed electrotechnical parts usually require a thermal process in a continuous furnace with a working temperature of up to 150 °C. We supply similar furnaces in modifications according to the customer's requirements and specifications. They are equipped with electric heating, forced circulation of the internal atmosphere and designed with regard to the method of handling the charge. This is usually carried out using a chain conveyor supplemented with pallets for storing the parts being processed.
In this SP 840 device for curing potting compound in parking sensors, it is particularly important to prevent the movement of the potting compound until it is cured. This technology therefore requires smooth operation of the conveyor so that the potting compound level does not move until the technological process is completed.
A common customer requirement is also controlled cooling of the parts to a defined temperature. In this case, we used an air conditioning unit for cooling. The furnace is integrated into the production line and fully automated.
