We have supplied an electric chamber low-temperature furnace equipped with automated charge loading for the tempering process of electric drive components.
The large variety and quantity of processed electrical or mechanical components in the e-mobility drive sector usually requires multiple thermal process steps. One of the customer's requirements was tempering (heating and maintaining at the target temperature) of parts between individual steps in the production of the electric drive. For this purpose, we have designed an atypical low-temperature furnace S 240/03 with bottom automated loading. The charge is inserted and removed from the furnace by a robot and is fully automatically inserted on platforms into 4 heated separate chambers. Heat transfer to the charge is ensured by convection (circulation of the atmosphere in the furnace chamber). This compact device is fully automated and integrated into the production line.
We are happy to announce to all LAC fans that you will have the first opportunity to meet us in the spring months of the new year. These are at the KOK trade fair, the Progetto Fuoco trade fair, the Energiesparmesse trade fair and the Ceramitec trade fair.
