Chamber furnaces with the possibility of combining several thermal processes in the production of high-voltage current/voltage sensors
The customer requested that our chamber furnace enable the combination of several thermal processes required for the correct curing of HV current and voltage sensors. It was necessary to divide the heating and cooling sections into smaller chambers and to be able to move the batch in a short time, but without affecting the temperature of the other parts in the heating zone. We therefore chose a furnace solution combining 3 heating chambers and 3 cooling chambers.
Each chamber has a capacity of four loading points and a load capacity of 400 kg. The heating chambers can be used for the thermal process of preheating, gelling and curing the mold with the insulator on the sensor. The lower chambers are equipped with pneumatically operated doors that tilt downwards. The upper chamber has one door that opens upwards. The cooling chambers do not have circulation and heating. The pallets are loaded and unloaded by a robot.
