LZ incineration furnace up to 1100 °C

Specially designed for incineration in laboratories

The LZ furnaces are especially ideal for oxidation of the charge and determining ash quantity via testing, and also for any other application where a sufficient supply of fresh air and extraction of atmosphere from the furnace are essential.

The amount of air exchanged ranges, depending on the furnace temperature, from 6 to 12 times the furnace’s whole internal volume per one minute. The strong oxygen flow rate supports the oxidation process. The LZ furnaces are specially designed to work at high temperatures even with this oxygen flow rate. In order to ensure an even temperature distribution, the air is preheated prior to its entry into the furnace chamber.
