Furnaces for curing the graphite layer along the circumference of automobile pistons

We have designed a number of continuous dryers made for this purpose. We will gladly provide you information on these facilities at your request.
 
These furnaces also include the SP 2800/25 continuous dryer with a chain conveyor and pallets for storing automobile pistons. This is an electric furnace divided into multiple heating zones for even temperature distribution. It also includes a cooling tunnel and a special manipulator for easy and fast transfer of pistons between the furnace’s heating section and its cooling tunnel.
 
You can control this furnace with a programmable PLC automated system that synchronises the motions of the conveyor and the manipulator and communicates with the robot. The robot loads and unloads processed parts, and thus replaces the furnace operator. However, because robots handle the charge, we had to ensure that the conveyor positioned the components precisely and did not react to temperature changes.
 
We regularly adapt our furnaces for curing graphite layers of automobile pistons to specific plants and specific lines to ease your production as much as possible.
